Inside of The Graceful Community you'll find a variety of courses designed to help you develop a daily, diligent, and disciplined study of the Bible. Courses vary in topic and length and are accessible to all current members, requiring no additional investment to access beyond your monthly or annual membership.
Our four Core Courses, listed below, provide a basic understanding of the Bible, Theology, Apologetics, and Ethics.
Bible 101
This course is designed to help you get a handle on studying Scripture. It includes an overview of the Old Testament and New Testament, a review of the meta-narrative or "big story" of the Bible, as well as tips on how to study for comprehension, and suggested resources.
Apologetics 101
Apologetics is often thought to be about arguments, but what it actually means is to give a defense. But you don't have to give a defenseĀ defensively. You can learn to have difficult conversations with non-believers and skeptics and learn to gracefully defend the faith.
Theology 101
We all have a theology, what we believe to be true about God. But often, our theology isn't actually biblically sound. This course will help you to understand the basics of Christian theology and introduce you to orthodox Christian doctrine in a away that's approachable and interesting.
Ethics 101
How do we live out our Christian biblical ethic in a world that is becoming less and less "faith focused?" In this course we'll take a look at some prevailing ideas in modern ethics and consider how they are, and are not, compatible with Christian ethics.
